Submitting your work

Details

Please email Clive Redshaw with your images setting out the details of your work: title space media space price space size for each workwhere ever possible set out on a single line, for example:

The Bridge of Sighs Mixed Media £400.00 600mm x 400mm

It will also be of great help if you can all use the same protocol when you type the details, some members for example use all capitals when they type their titles. So please set out your title only using capitals for the start of each key word. Please set out the dimensions in metric units.

Images

Please submit a good quality JPG image, between 5 and 10 megapixels. Match colour and contrast to your work as best you can. Do not add text to the image and do not embed it in the e-mail but send it as an attachment.

It is essential to make sure your images are titled Surname space initial space title, for example:

Smith M The Bridge of Sighs

Please make sure that the title you use on the image is the same as the title that you have used on the listing of your work.

Detailed guidance on photographing your work is available in the LAS Guide to Exhibiting.

Please remember that by submitting your images and details you are agreeing to allow the society to use those images and information in any publicity that the society may produce, without payment of any fee.
Please also remember that if you want to insure selected work it is your responsibility to arrange cover.
