Accessibility Statement

Using This Website

This accessibility statement applies to content published on the www.lincolnshireartistssociety.org domain. It does not necessarily apply to other linked sub-domains or partner sites.

The Lincolnshire Artists Society is committed to being inclusive and accessible to everyone. Disabled people are a diverse group with differing requirements, some of which aren’t always apparent.

By making our website and content accessible, it will improve the experience for all.

Due to the nature of our website being of a very visual nature i.e. it mainly shows the work of visual artists,  we know some parts of this website will not fully accessible.  For example, some images of artists work will have contrast issues.

abilitynet.org.uk has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Current work on the website

We are currently in the process of rebuilding our website and we are aware that some images and media do not have alternate text, captions or descriptions.  We aim to resolve this as soon as possible, ensuring that all images and media are appropriately captioned and described.
